01How to buy Denzuu

You can buy Denzuu in three ways:

• Quick commerce: order on Blinkit and other quick-commerce apps where available.
• Retail stores: look out for Denzuu at stores near you.
• Bulk and business orders: distributors, retailers, offices and events can contact us directly.

02Quick-commerce delivery

When you order Denzuu on Blinkit or another platform, the platform handles the order, payment and delivery.

Delivery areas, delivery times, charges and order tracking are set by the platform and shown in its app. For any question about an order you’ve placed, please contact the platform’s customer support first, as they have your order details.

03Bulk and distributor supply

For bulk, distributor and retail supply, dispatch timelines, minimum order quantities, freight and delivery terms are agreed with you in writing before the order is confirmed. To start a conversation, choose “Distribution / Wholesale” or “Retail & Modern Trade” on our contact form.

04Damaged or leaking delivery

If your Denzuu arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken seal:

• Don’t consume the product.
• Report it to the platform or store you bought it from, using their usual process.
• Let us know too: email info@denzuu.com with a photo of the pack showing the batch code and expiry date. This helps us improve packaging and work with our partners.

05Storing your Denzuu

Store Denzuu in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume soon. Denzuu tastes best served chilled.
